I had a cozy stay with a lovely basket of fresh fruits waiting for me and a fully equipped kitchen, made cooking enjoyable. The hotel also offered a comfy lounge area and a beautiful terrace to unwind after a long day. Just be aware, the sound from the street can come through a bit, but it didn't ruin my experience 😊

We had a very good stay during our vacation.
The breakfast had a lot of options: slices of fresh bread and fruit. The hotel was in a central setting so close to the centre...

Brilliant location close to all the sites of Annunziata, and the Gallaria dell Accademia. Standard of accommodation was first class. Because it is an appartment hotel and because it is close to all Florences highlights there is ample opportunity to come back between visits for rest and refreshment. The wine, pasta and other food already in place on arrival is a lovely and welcome touch. Laura is helpful and informative.
The double bed was a little too firm. The central courtyard would make a lovely outdoor communal sitting area, which is missing from the hotel, but presently gives the impression of being a storage area and is not pleasant to look out on.

Nice spacious room clean and well furnished located centrally within walking distance of all the attractions. Wasn't sure about the breakfast arrangements at the cafe across the road when booking but the service and food were excellent and made you feel part of the community. Laura the host was very helpful and informative there was also fresh fruit and wine in your room on arrival which was a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Disappointingly mediocre experience. Couldn't get a proper answer when the shower malfunctioned, leaving me frustrated. No one even mentioned it at check-in! I almost gave a good review if it weren't for the missing welcome gift I expected as a special guest. What a shame.

Excellent central location. Quality furnishings and fittings. Free access to the internet. Competent efficient reception. Laura most helpful
Lack of double glazed windows made for a sleepless Friday night due to noise from night club patrons until 3 or 4 am. There was a lack of written instructions in English for use of Satellite TV, washing machine and dish washer.

The room was nicely decorated (really nice furniture and a huge dressing - for the ladies), provided all the facilities you may need during a holiday, and even some "gifts" like wine or fruits. The location is just great, 100 m away from the Dome square, on a nice small street. Laura was very helpful also. Free internet access in the reception and also free wireless internet in the rooms. It was a very pleasant stay, that I would definetly recommend to everyone. Looking forward to go back!

Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances.
We faced several frustrations that really overshadowed our experience. The air conditioning was broken for the entire duration, causing us immense discomfort in the heat. Further complicating matters, the washing machine malfunctioned and left our clothes stuck inside for hours, requiring us to switch off the power to retrieve them. While we appreciated the responsive staff, the communication felt disconnected and lacking any proactive approach to address the issues we encountered.

Climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room and the comfortable bed. Top-class, very amiable staff with smiling face. Absolutely fabulous location, walking distance to everywhere. Very easy to get from Peretola airport, just 0.5 miles.

The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the iconic attractions. The roomy apartment was perfect for our group of six, and the AC kept us cool during the summer heat. Highly recommend staying here for a fun adventure!
We were frustrated when we arrived and found ourselves charged twice for our stay, which took multiple calls to resolve. It was disappointing dealing with such poor customer service.

Superb location in the center of Florence. The manager was very kind and accommodating, particularly with holding my luggage. Included in the suite was a bottle of wine and several food items at no extra charge.
